Total dimensions are 12′ wide by 21′ long by 10′ tall, and there is a roll-up garage door on the front of the building. All of our durable metal buildings are manufactured with top quality galvanized steel framing and roofing panels.

The boxed eave roof looks great, without sacrificing any quality. The roof has angled corners with overhangs on the sides. The roof panels, wall panels, and building trim can be ordered with as many colors as you need, adding your own personal touch to the structure. Whatever your building needs may be, our engineers are up to the challenge.

As long as you have a level building site, we will install your new metal garage in no time. We can install your building on almost any surface, including asphalt, gravel, or dirt (pictured). However, we recommend a concrete foundation for the best long term performance of your 12×21 garage. We provide concrete-specific anchors at no extra cost. We also include engineered foundation drawings to show how to set up your building site for installation. • Building design includes an all-steel framing, and a steel roof truss system. All required 29-Gauge sheeting for side walls and ends, metal roof panels, hardware, metal trim, and bracing specified or required by your local building code.

• Ground and high-wind anchors may be purchased at additional costs. Proper number of anchors are included with any certified building upgrade.

• Delivery and Installation times may vary due to location, weather, and order volume. Once your order is secured, your scheduler will contact you in advance of your delivery date to confirm delivery and installation.
