This Custom Valley Barn is an excellent way to get 930 square feet of storage at an affordable price. The valley barn is one of our most premium buildings, and can be highly customized for whatever you need. The building combines an 18′ wide by 31′ long center structure with a 12′ wide by 31′ long lean-to on the side of the building. It is a great way to protect your vehicles while still having a separate area for lawn equipment.

This custom valley barn is built with our premium vertical roof. The roof has vertical panels to ensure that rain flows quickly off of the sides of the barn, rather than staying on top of the roof. The panels are designed so that the roof of the center structure and lean-to connect with ease.

The pricing for our buildings varies based upon your zip code, as well as your local building codes and loadings. If you live in a place with harsh winter weather, be sure to ask about our factory certification for wind and snow. Our certified buildings are guaranteed to meet or exceed your local building regulations. Also, each leg has extra bracing when the structure is certified, making it one of the strongest buildings on the market. We recommend a concrete foundation but we will install on almost any surface. All we require is that your building foundation is level within 3″ in all directions. Engineered foundation drawings will be supplied with your structure.

• Ground and high-wind anchors may be purchased at additional costs. Proper number of anchors are included with any certified building upgrade.
