The pricing for our structures varies based on your location and local building codes and regulations. Certified buildings are guaranteed to meet your area’s building requirements. If you need a building that is designed to withstand harsh winter weather, be sure to ask about our certified buildings. We require a level building site, within 3″ in any direction, for installation of your metal shelter. We recommend a concrete foundation, but will install your metal building on almost any surface. We even include concrete-specific anchors at no extra cost. Engineered foundation drawings will be made to accommodate your structure.
