We delivery install completed buildings in the order in which they are received and best scheduled into loads. Each load is organized deliverable to your local area with other orders in your the region and your order may fall at the start or end of any given load. You will be notified in advance of such delivery as our crews transport the structure and mobilize their installation crew to erect your building at your site. As such, our standard load delivery and installation times vary from 2-4 weeks across much of the county and during most seasons. Winter seasonality in certain regions can delay construction and severe winter climate can push all orders into spring installations. In remote locations, this can be 6-8 weeks for delivery and installation. Please consults your building advisor for your current local estimated delivery times base on the our order volume and your exact location.
COVID-19 PROCESSING AND DELIVERY UPDATE
Due to COVID-19, our installation crews were stalled for 4-Weeks throughout the month of April 2020 for your safety and the safety of our crews. We have continued limited operations in NC, SC, and VA working within local policy and safety guidelines. Currently, in NC, SC, and VA we have maintained a 2-4 Week Delivery Time. Outside of these areas all orders are accepted on-hold for processing to evaluate lead times after April.
All orders will be held and processed in the order they were received. If you want to be in front of the line when things reopen, we encourage you to secure your order as normal. The balance is not due until your building is delivered and installed. Due to the excessive process management during the time, no refunds of order deposits will be offered during this time for orders that delay past 90 days, and your order will remain active as long needed to get the building installed for you. We hope to reopen all installations at the earliest possible date due to local conditions and will keep you updated as conditions change.
