Your foundation just has to be level within 3″ in any direction. For larger commercial structures, we recommend concrete slab or cost saving concrete footers which allow proper grounding and anchoring during construction.

If you are in an area that has harsh winter weather, ask about our factory certification. Certified buildings are guaranteed to meet or exceed your area’s local building requirements. In addition, we add extra bracing to each leg when the building is certified, making it one of the strongest structures on the market. We require a level building site for installation. We recommend a concrete pad or footers for ease of installation, but we can safely construct your new garage on almost any surface. We even provide concrete-specific anchors at no extra cost. Certified buildings also include anchors for a non-concrete installation site. Engineered foundation drawings are provided with your metal building.

• Metal building design includes an all-steel framing, and a steel roof truss system. All required 29-Gauge sheeting for side walls and ends, metal roof panels, hardware, metal trim, and bracing specified or required by your local building code.

• Ground and high-wind anchors may be purchased at additional costs. Proper number of anchors are included with any certified building upgrade.

• Delivery and Installation times may vary due to location, weather, and order volume. Once your order is secured, your scheduler will contact you in advance of your delivery date to confirm delivery and installation.
